Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was created in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter, an academic and Peter Silk who was known as an accomplished actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Anna's first memories are of attending the play school and watching her mom do her job. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for kids. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk relocated to Toronto for her acting to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. She met her future husband, Seth Cooperman, at an acting training in Los Angeles in 2007. After getting engaged in 2008, they were married in the year 2009. They renewed their vows April 10, 2011, in Fredericton, after the woman changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron is her second son, born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk's TV work is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009, she was cast in the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans the good announcement that she became pregnant on the set of the final episode of season 3. The show was a pre-show exclusive for Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase during a special Season Three show held January 6, 2013 before the show's premiere. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season. On June 20 2013 Silk posted on Twitter that she was back to the series. CNN named Bo's portrayal along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular TV couples of all time. E! voted it as top TV couple in 2013. Entertainment Television.
