Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her character Bo in the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk are the grandparents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and is a drama teacher on the drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her most fond memories of watching TV and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk played a role as a young actress in commercials. They renewed their vows on the 10th of April in Fredericton at the tradition of a Jewish wedding ceremony after Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk is known for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by her fellow actors for Gemini Awards. The CNN Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top television Couples. E! named them the Top TV Couple for 2013.
